Staff going back and forth over who helps the customer, in front of the customer is just such a bad look. Also, patience is a virtue. Maybe just MAYBE if the customer tells the staff 'I'm new to this or it in front of the customer is just such a bad look. Also, patience is a virtue. Maybe just MAYBE if the customer tells the staff 'I'm new to this or it's my first time dealing with something like this' you would have just the slightest amount of patience. I think I got transferred within 6 seconds flat.. .. and lastly if you are going to eat in front of the customer at least chew with your mouth closed. - but it seems like basic customer skills and etiquette.l are too much to ask for. But alas, you are the closest dealership so there's not much I can do. More

Stellaris needs to do better Our Jeep was in the shop for 76 days. 2 blown head gaskets and death wobble. Wanted us to pay for the ruined catalytic converters that Jeeps faulty engine spilled fluid on. T for 76 days. 2 blown head gaskets and death wobble. They were generally communicative regarding the warranty service on my vehicle. I would, however, have appreciated knowing from the beginning that the vehicle would have to be at the dealership the whole ti service on my vehicle.
