Recently I needed to have major repairs to my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. Unfortunately this issue occurred at the end of my warranty. Warranty questioned whether the engine failure occurred under milea Chevrolet Silverado. Unfortunately this issue occurred at the end of my warranty. Luckily the service department had documentation to show that my vehicle had been brought in before the warranty expired for check engine light issue. I was advised to monitor it and if it happened again to let them know. I have been a loyal customer with Hanner Chevrolet for decades. They have always treated me fairly which built a trust between my family and the dealership that I value highly. Chase Hanner was made aware of the problem concerning the warranty and went above and beyond to resolve the issues with my warranty. This resulted in my vehicle being repaired totally under warranty. I was so relieved when I received the good news from the service department that my vehicle was repaired at no cost to me. Tim Surles in the service department also played a big part in assisting with my vehicle repair. Hanner Chevrolet has been in business for decades and treating customers fairly is why they will be here for decades to come. More
