I’ve gone back and forth about leaving a review for this dealership. There have been a few employees there that unfortunately are no longer there that were quite helpful. However, the amount of times I’ve h dealership. There have been a few employees there that unfortunately are no longer there that were quite helpful. However, the amount of times I’ve had to take my vehicle into the dealership has been unacceptable and issues that have been “fixed” multiple times, Still have yet to be properly fixed. I’ve had motor issues, cosmetic problems- all to which have not been fully covered nor resolved. One of the employees, Mike- was quite rude when checking out the paperwork with my vehicle. Rodrigo has been pretty helpful. Specific employees have dropped the ball in submitting claims in time and now I have to deal with the cost of fixing them myself. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership in the future. More

Hands down the best car buying experience of my life. I’ve bought a handful of cars over the years and I have never been as pleased as I was leaving Harbor Hyundai. I had never even sat in a Hyundai unti I’ve bought a handful of cars over the years and I have never been as pleased as I was leaving Harbor Hyundai. I had never even sat in a Hyundai until yesterday, and I now I own one! The sales associate Lexi was an absolute dream to work with. She listened, she was attentive and best of all wasn’t pushy. Thanks to her I was able to trade in my car and walk away with a perfect purchase. The entire experience was pleasant- I didn’t sit around and haggle for hours, I didn’t feel overwhelmed and I walked away with a great car. More

After years of going to Harbor, I tried two closer dealerships (one on the westside with poor service, and another in the SGV with a shockingly high quote). Harbor not only provided great service but dealerships (one on the westside with poor service, and another in the SGV with a shockingly high quote). Harbor not only provided great service but also completed the job at half the cost of the other quotes (special thanks to Rodrigo Santizo). It's hard to understand why other dealerships can't offer the same value. The extra 30-minute drive was absolutely worth it. If Harbor had a location closer to me, I'd gladly give them six stars! Oh, and if the service manager is reading this, bring back shuttle service if you can. I just needed a ride to go see a friend who lived in the area! More
