Jon is very friendly and polite and he worked with us until the end of the sale was completed he made sure that we got all of our needs were meet. I give him an A for all the time he put in to making this sale. He is a salesman I trust. I will recomend Hare dealership to anyone based on the service that Jon Ugen gave me.

Fernando worked very hard to earn my sale, and was very helpful and professional. Tim Dunlap, the Finance Manager, also stayed late with Fernando on a Friday night to help us complete the transaction. My thanks to both gentleman for their help and professionalism. Fernando has also followed up with me twice after the sale to ensure my satisfaction. Tim was very patient and helpful in explaining how I could acquire a duplicate copy of my missing Title on the car I traded in.

My Review of Hare Chevrolet:
After having an inexcusable first experience in the store with one of the sales reps(Jon); I called the next morning and explained my encounter with Jon to Danielle she invited me to return and guranteed Hare would give me a better experience. She introduced me to Moose when I arrived on Saturday afternoon. Moose was very attentive and helpful (even as he was in the process of selling 1 or 2 other vehicles)& I never felt like I was pushed off or not being taken care of. Everyone working that day made my purchase as smooth as possible and made me feel like I was important; a contrast to the previous night when I felt like an inconvenience. When I purchased the vehicle, I couldn't have asked for a better experience or sales rep! Their hospitality increased the chance of my husband and I returning to Hare Chevrolet.

Just happened to be the correct timing for me to buy a new PU. The new truck buying experience was professional and the price was right. First Chevrolet I have purchased 50 years. Hare Chevrolet was very professional all the way around. Would buy there again.

We were welcomed in the door from day one and not forced into a purchase. We were able to test out whatever car we wanted and got complete and timely answers to all our questions. My wife and I came to Hare Chevrolet with a specific car in mind, the Mustang GT. I live about 1 hour away and had only short time to purchase a "new" used car. Ty Lowery at Hare was great! He was willing to take the time to answer all of my questions without being pushy or overwhelming. He let me drive the car home so my wife could test drive it. After all, it was to be hers. I appreciate everything he did for me and how quickly he was able to make the transaction happen. I found the perfect car, at a great price, and left with it the next day. Thanks

Purchased a 2010 Camaro SS/RS that was order 6 weeks ago. The entire process was awesome. I've been waiting for this car since I saw the Concept in 2006 and I was not disappointed when I showed up at the dealership. These folks did a great job in ordering, delivering, and keeping me informed along the way. Great dealership....over the years I've purchased 12 cars from these guys....and I'll go back!

Both Ty and Francis were great to work with, friendly and professional. They went out of their way to get me into a new vehicle that met both my driving and financing needs, without feeling pressured.
