I've been a customer of Harper Infiniti since the fall of 2003. In that time I've purchased 3 new Infiniti's (2004 g35. Sedan -Sport, 2007 m35, & 2011 m37). Never once, in 9 years, have I ever left there wit 2003. In that time I've purchased 3 new Infiniti's (2004 g35. Sedan -Sport, 2007 m35, & 2011 m37). Never once, in 9 years, have I ever left there without a phenomenal experience. It is hands down the best sales, service, and general ownership experience I've ever been involved with, and they have the National Awards to prove it. Both friends and family have also purchased vehicles from Harper and I wouldn't trust them to anyone but Harper's. They are the absolute standard for auto sales and owership excellence. More
We just went in for service on my 2006 G-36 - that had 94,000 miles. Service was great, they gave us a loaner G-25 and we loved it. I spoke with Tommy Pulvirenti who had previously sold us 3 Infiniti's and indicated we might be interested in upgrading. Tommy is very knowledgable about Infiniti's (all models) without using high pressure to make the sale. Nick Dockery took care of the paperwork who was also very knowledgable and answered all our questions regarding financing/leasing. The afternoon we picked up the car, it was ready, clean and inside the showroom where Tommy went over all the new features of the car. He and Nick gave us a business card to call if we had any questions. Tommy also set up our first service appointment and has called several times to ask if we had any questions or concerns with the new G-25. Harper is great for service and sale and I would and have highly recommend them to our friends and family. More

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership or its employees, but the fact that my current vehicle is my fourth "G" over nearly a decade speaks volumes. My salesman, Tommy Pulvirenti, is the best with which I've ever dealt. He makes the lease or purchase process easy and a pleasure. Tommy never pressures the customer, is extremely knowledgable about anything you ask, and actually listens to find out exactly what you want and need. Then, he follows up to ensure that you are satisfied and sometimes just to let your know of a special opportunity. Constantly going above and beyond expectations, he has offered to come to my home to sync my garage door opener and phone to my new car if I had difficulty doing so. Once I stopped at the showroom unexpectedly, and Tommy surprised me by opening the door, wanting to know what he could for me. He even sends you a card on your birthday; what more could one ask? The service department and detail shop are equally as good. I wish I knew the name of the guy who did the detail on my last G37, but I never met him. I can tell you, however, that his work was superb! Even the wheels I had curbed at the ATM were redone, and the year-old vehicle looked brand new. What a great job! Also, Tom McNair (and others) in the service department are wonderful. They never foul up the booking (as other service shops have), the loaners are clean and nice, the work is done right and ready when they say, they are polite (even when I'm wrong), and your car comes back clean inside and out. I am constantly surprised that work has been done for which there is no charge! You can't beat that. Everyone there is just great. I certainly did't expect it, but even the owner, Mr. Harper, thanked and congratulated us at the time we picked up 3 out of the last 4 cars. I recommend them without reservation; they are so superior in every way to all past experiences, that they have ruined me for all other dealerships. Thanks, Harper's! More

My wife has driven Jaguars from Harper for many years, and had told me what a great dealership this is. When I was shopping for a new SUV a few years ago, I looked at the QX56, and was impressed with the and had told me what a great dealership this is. When I was shopping for a new SUV a few years ago, I looked at the QX56, and was impressed with the professional, courtesy, and helpfulness of the sales staff, notibly Pat Barker. I'm now on my 3rd QX56 and love the car and the dealership. The service department at Harper's is second to none. They are attentive to every need and my car is always presented back to me freshly washed and looking like new. Tom McNair in the service department has especially been wonderful to deal with over the years--a true gentleman who has exhibited integrity and caring professionalism in all my dealings. Five stars to Harper's in all categories. More
