Total fraud!!! All they want is your money!!! I bought a 2013 Kia Optima on 07/11/16 and it was supposedly under full warranty at their Saugus location and at the time of purchase it needed a few I bought a 2013 Kia Optima on 07/11/16 and it was supposedly under full warranty at their Saugus location and at the time of purchase it needed a few things fixed! Mainly a noise and vibration in the front end and was told bye the sales agent Anthony Badger that it would all be taken care of bye their local mechanic! It turns out they sent me to two different shops and nothing done! They wanted nothing to do with the dealer! After that, I was told bye the general manager out of Worcester that I had to take it there or it wouldn't be fixed! Now I live in the Boston area and that's not happening! Well Rich the general manager didn't like that and refused to work with me on any repairs now! I had to put $541 in it yesterday alone and Rich said he didn't care because I could have taken the car to Worcester! That's ridiculous and who would drive a car at the time with noises in the front end that far? Well to say the least! The company won't answer or work with me on anything at all!!!! And this was a $15000 purchase!!! So if your looking for a good car? Avoid this dealership like the plague!!! Their liers and they'll tell you anything to sell a car!!!! More

Haverhill location These guys suck. Initially found the car I was interested on cargurus.com, called the number listed (which connected me with an unsuspecting employee These guys suck. Initially found the car I was interested on cargurus.com, called the number listed (which connected me with an unsuspecting employee on his day off who had no idea why his number was listed on the website) was told that the car I was interested in was in the Haverhill location. Went to Haverhill (45 min drive) only to find that the car was actually all the way in Saugus. Was told they would have the car driven up by the next day so I could look at it. Called the next day to confirm it had in fact been driven up and was told Robbie was too busy to speak with me. Asked for him to call me back as we had agreed that I would be able to see the car that day and he never called back! Tried to call three more times and never got a call back or was able to speak with Robbie. Got a call TWO DAYS later telling me the car was there if I wanted to come look at it.... yeah, no thanks. Bought a different car from Commonwealth in Lawrence, MA-- They were awesome! More

Do I ding them for lying, or give them xxxxxxfor lying less than most other dealers? I've now bought two cars from them, and I will say that both times the finance manager worked with the bank to get me a lower percentage rate than my preapproval, 10% less on my second car! They're fairly low pressure - they let me go home to think about it, something most dealers will put the hooks in you in order to not let you do. The only real negative thing I can say about them is you need to be prepared to go in with the understanding that they overprice ALL their cars with the expectation that you'll negotiate. I bought a Jeep from them that had a Blue Book value of $21k that they had priced at $29k. Quite a difference. Will I go back to them? Probably, but I need to take some courses on negotiation first! :) More
