I brought in my price and he said "no problem" (other dealers could not meet the price. I'll be honest I have my car serviced at a different GM dealer very close to my house, It's very convent, so I couldn't rate customer service and quality of work. They said that was fine. Fast forward to 2010, I bought a new Silverado 1500. Again I dealt with Craig Schilz, great experience. I wanted to order a 2010 but missed the cutoff. He found one close enough to us with almost every thing we wanted on it. Found out this year 2014 GM had some great rebates. Took our 2010 (garage kept, 7,500 miles) Silverado to trade up. He gave us a great price for our trade in and even some rebates available to us that were not widely advertised. Financing was straight up with Jason Braun. Everything is explained and he won't twist your arm for upsells. Check out Craig Schilz he is very personable and NEVER makes a hard sell. I'd say check him out for your next new or used car at Hartnell. More
