I was at my boyfriends parents for Christmas in Illinois and we needed to get back to Indiana for Christmas with my family on Saturday. The water pump on my Explorer was leaking when we arrived in Illinois and we needed to get back to Indiana for Christmas with my family on Saturday. The water pump on my Explorer was leaking when we arrived in Illinois. His dad sent an email Christmas night to Kim in Service and she called the next morning early to say that Harvard Ford could get it in right away. It is a big job but they had it ready to go Friday at 10:00am. We were able to get back to Indiana without borrowing a car and then out to his place in Iowa the next Monday without having to meet and trade back a car. It is a little nerve racking to jump in a repaired car to drive 5 hours and then 10 hours but we had zero issues. It speaks well to the skill of the Mechanic. It really worked out well and they were professional and very fair with the bill for the job. It was much appreciated. Andrea More

My future DIL bought a 2019 Explorer in Indianapolis and they were here for Thanksgiving. I was putting a receiver hitch on and noticed some odd tire wear. I called the day before Thanksgiving and they co they were here for Thanksgiving. I was putting a receiver hitch on and noticed some odd tire wear. I called the day before Thanksgiving and they could get it in for an alignment on the morning after Thanksgiving. They were leaving that day so I was very happy they could get the job done right away in the morning. More

Excellent service on this visit as well. Had 4 tires installed and they were easy to schedule with and started on it as soon as I arrived.
