There was zero communication. With only one service advisor getting information about our car was next to impossible. Calls were not returned. So when I brought the car in for the 6,000 mile service (7 years ago), I told them the following: 1) Drivers side visor squeaks when you turn it 2) The windshield wiper light stays on even though the f (7 years ago), I told them the following: 1) Drivers side visor squeaks when you turn it 2) The windshield wiper light stays on even though the fluid is full 3) The AC will blow out warm air for 10 minutes after it has been on for about 15 minutes. Go back to cold and then back to warm for another 10 minutes. Checking it in the service building instead of driving it in the hot temperatures isn't going to show the issue. I was told then that these things are normal as the parts are cheap and Subaru doesn't know how to build strong AC for the South. So I've lived with these issues for the last 7 years. I don't like to sweat when I'm in nice clothes during the summer months while driving but I have no choice as like I was told, Subaru doesn't know how to build an AC for the South. I'm not sure that I will buy another Subaru because of these issues. Everything done by the Service Department have been great. They kept the maintenance up to schedule. More
