They did a good job with oil change and tire rotation. Kyle did a good job as service rep explaining the necessary service and additional options. Jason and the sales manager were really nice to work with. We live 4 hours away and were able to get the trade price and price of the new vehicle locked in before making the long commute. The whole process was pretty straight forward with the sales team. One thing is if the financing could go faster, I never sat at dealership for 4 almost 5 hours to get the financing done. Also not to be so pushy on the extra add ons that financing try’s to sell. I told them I just wanted to pay for the price of the vehicle and that is all with no extras! But they kept trying to sell me on the value of each add on and they can be for one dollar and I still wouldn’t. So when someone drives 4 hours one way please listen to what they have to say and so they can get back on the road to drive 4 hours back home More
What a hassle (right in their name, I should have known). This place refuses to refund the GAP coverage, refuses to call me back, refuses to email me. Well just like last time they burned me the only way to get them to contact me is to review this horrible business online and complain to the BBB ... Again , and try to make it right. The whole West Hills autoplex is going down hill... This will be our last experience with them after multiple vehicle purchases. ... Here are some tips for the other people looking for vehicles 1. Don't go here 2. Watch out for the dealer mark ups ($600 locking lug nuts, $800 blinky light, non refundable useless "extended warranties", non refundable GAP, $1000 permanent wax (aka "north west package" which is just some rainx and Scotchgard) 3. They do not inspect used vehicles prior to selling ( you can tell by how dirty they are and after taking ours to another mechanic they found over 20 safety related fixes that needed to be addressed) 4. When we bought a new truck from these people you should beware of all the above stated, and watch out for their dirty deals with the finance companies (just look at the pens on their desk that will tell you a story that can easily be figured out by any one paying attention) , they will pressure you to use the "these guys are great to work with bank" for kick back and other ridiculous things I may have forgotten. I can't wait for the " we are sorry you had a bad experience please contact us" reply to this review only for them not to answer. Looks like I will be driving down there... Again...
