I was told that the charging cable came with the 2025 ID. 4, but during the leasing process I was told that it did not come with the vehicle and that the cost would be added to my lease. Why would you sell a 4, but during the leasing process I was told that it did not come with the vehicle and that the cost would be added to my lease. Why would you sell an EV and not provide a charging cable so the customer could also charge it at home? More

Haselwood has always been patient with our slow decision-making process: staff will go on as many test drives needed to help make a decision. There is no pressure at all. We came back a few days la decision-making process: staff will go on as many test drives needed to help make a decision. There is no pressure at all. We came back a few days later and bought the car. (It felt safe to, and that is saying a lot.) Angelina and Don made the buying process as pleasant as possible; the dealership is full of nice, sincere people who just want to get you rolling in something you love. More
I left my car for a repair, it took longer than the dealership originally quotes, then when the work was finally finished and I went to pick up my car, all of my personal belongings were gone. Over $13 dealership originally quotes, then when the work was finally finished and I went to pick up my car, all of my personal belongings were gone. Over $1300 worth of items, including new tire chains, binoculars, sunglasses, even the weather tech mat! They apologized, but said there was nothing they could do. Not even offer a free oil change? Don't leave your car here. More
The worst experience with a dealership ever! They lied, lied, and lied! They shorted us about $3,000 on our trade in first of all. We had excellent credit and requested financing through Hyundai They lied, lied, and lied! They shorted us about $3,000 on our trade in first of all. We had excellent credit and requested financing through Hyundai motor company at 2.9%, but instead but instead 7.9% with a credit union we'd never heard of. They packed on every possible auxiliary contract they could and were extremely rude on top of everything else?! Stay as far away from these people as you can. More

"Susan Marie," the Assistant Service Manager, told me today that I was not considered to be a "loyal customer" because I only came to Haselwood Hyundai for recall work, not for oil changes. The fact tha today that I was not considered to be a "loyal customer" because I only came to Haselwood Hyundai for recall work, not for oil changes. The fact that this would involve a 120 mile round trip and waiting several hours at the dealership didn't concern her at all. More
It was all great until after leaving a deposit for a new VW ID4 the finance manager told me I could not get the rebate and apr which was stated on the deposit agreement. He told me he had to talk to sales m VW ID4 the finance manager told me I could not get the rebate and apr which was stated on the deposit agreement. He told me he had to talk to sales management and call me right back. Never did. Then I got ghosted after many calls to sales and management. No picking up calls. No returning calls. When I finally called the general manager directly he was unapologetic and downright rude. "So what do you want?" was his short answer. I was originally going to try to reach an agreement. But his shortness made me tell him I wanted my deposit back. "Ok, you'll get your deposit in 3-5 biz days" Click.... 4 weeks later I bought the VW from the Ballard dealership- same rebate and apr which Hazelwood finance claimed they could not do. I have now heard similar stories from 3 other friends who went there. I dodged a bullet. More
