My daughter had her ford edge towed to Hastings Ford for a brake issue. It took nearly 4 weeks to fix. $1880.00 for brake repair, which is extreme plus $1200.00 for car rental. Total $3080.00. We learned the reason it took so long is they don't have staff to do the work. We wish they had told us that 4 weeks ago. The service at this place is a really bad joke. We will never ever buy from or take anything for service to Hastings again. I would not recommend Hastings Ford service to anyone. You have been warned. More
