We agreed on terms with manager. Following day I called and confirmed once again the details with the manager and sales person. I put hold money down. An hour later the salesperson called saying manager made him call to say they couldn’t honor the deal THEY agreed on. Manager wouldn’t return my calls. I pulled my offer and went elsewhere. Manager then TEXTED after hours and harassed me saying I “could have talked to him like a man.” I have the texts to prove it. I was the one calling and asking him to call me back. Would definitely never recommend. In fact. Told people to go elsewhere already. More

I purchased a Certified, used Frontier from Hawk Nissan. What a great group of people they have there. They were very knowledgeable of the products, and very helpful throughout my purchase. Answered every question I had and provided all written information I requested promptly. Honest, transparent, and absolutely no high pressure sales tactics! I asked for there best out-the-door price and they promptly provided it in writing. Hawk Nissan understood the assignment because they beat every dealership I checked in the Midwest and in the Phoenix, AZ area (where my son lives) with there initial offer! Initial contacts were by email and phone with the dealership followed by an in-person appointment where I was promptly welcomed and helped. All paperwork was ready and completed without delay. The car was cleaned, prepped, and waiting for me. They patiently went over all of the features of the vehicle, helped me setup the Nissan app on my phone and then pair it to the car. We were able to do all of this in under an hour! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone! More
