Joe Haga was the person I dealt with the day I came in to decide what to do with my lease ending soon. He was amazing, and made me feel comfortable with making my decision. The sales manager, whose name escapes me, was great and his friendship with Todd, my salesman, was refreshing and left me at ease throughout the whole process. It felt weird being so comfortable in a dealership! Todd, I can't say enough good things about.
