We drove 2 different vehicles. He clearly explained the differences in the various models. We fairly quickly decided on the Wilderness model. Everyone else that helped in the process was equally attentive and knowledgeable. We traded in 2 vehicles. The trade in price was well within our expectations. The entire process was less than 2 hours. Great compared to the last time we purchased a car (not at Hawk Subaru) where it took over 4 hours. These people are fantastic. I would definitely recommend.
