This review is specifically about the parts department. I ordered a part in person and was told it would arrive Wednesday and that I would be called. I was not contacted on Wednesday, Thursday, or Frida I ordered a part in person and was told it would arrive Wednesday and that I would be called. I was not contacted on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. When I finally called on Friday, I was told the part had already arrived. The explanation given was that my phone number may not have been written down correctly. That is not a valid excuse. The dealership already had my contact information on file from prior service visits. When I picked up the part, the employee behind the parts counter was on his phone, barely acknowledged me, and did not apologize. The lack of communication extended my vehicle downtime unnecessarily. Service staff have been fine in past visits. The parts department experience, however, was not acceptable and needs improvement. More
