From the moment I was introduced to Ron my Salesman, I liked his personality and I absolutely love my new Tucson and am very, very happy I bought it. From the moment I was introduced to Ron my Salesman, I liked his personality and was very impressed with his in-depth knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. He was by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with and I would recommend him specifically to friends and family who are interested in buying a new car. Ron really took a lot of time with me and my husband to make sure we understood the features of the car and the details of the purchase through Hyundai. He also extended available assistance with the car at any time needed after the purchase, which is very reassuring. The finance gentleman, Ian was also very professional and knowledgeable about the entire closing process and a likeable guy too! This dealership is superior in all categories and I hope it is hugely successful and is around for a long, long time. Thank you, Hyundai!! More
very disappointed with my experience As a Senior Citizen, I realize that I am not up to speed on the latest technology. With that said, I was encouraged by my son (who's family owns two As a Senior Citizen, I realize that I am not up to speed on the latest technology. With that said, I was encouraged by my son (who's family owns two Hyundai vehicles) to ask about the features that Apple CarPlay enabled. I asked my salesman several times to review the CarPlay features (including the built in Navigation that CarPlay provides). Unfortunately, I was never shown this feature, even at time of delivery. Even worse, I came to find during a visit from my son 5 days after I took delivery of my new Tucson Value Edition, that the package I purchased didn't even have CarPlay included! No wonder the salesman didn't show me. I would have expected that if I asked to be shown a feature in a trim that didn't include that feature, that the salesman would have informed me of that fact. I feel completely misled and disappointed as I now have no choice but to live without CarPlay features like navigation for the life of this vehicle. Either the salesman doesn't understand his product, or he intentionally misled me to make a quick sale. Regardless of why, I'm the one paying the price. I came to find during a visit to my son's house in Maryland that the SE+ edition does in fact include CarPlay at a similar price. I believe that had the salesman shown me this package, that I would have been much more satisfied. In addition to the CarPlay, I was having problems with my Radio stations not coming in clearly. Again, my son was able to determine and rectify the problem where the salesman did not. It turns out that the radio antenna was still in its plastic bag inside the glove box. My son took out the antenna and screwed it into place on the roof and my stations now come in clearly. How was I allowed to leave the dealership without an antenna installed? Which brings me to my final point, the delivery itself. My salesman graciously agreed to pick me up at my residence and drive me to the dealership to take delivery. When we arrived at our appointed delivery time, the vehicle was not ready. I waited over an hour until the car was presented to me. I was on a tight time table for the afternoon, so this delay really ate into my availability for a final review the car's features prior to driving off the lot. While I waited for the car to be prepared, I was not engaged by my salesman. It would have been much more efficient if he were to have used that time to walk me though the features of the car on another vehicle on the lot rather than to let me sit idle. All in all, I am extremely disappointed in my experience at Hazleton Hyundai and my son is even more upset as he recommended Hyundai to me in the first place. I will be sharing my my car buying experience at your dealership with my circle of acquaintances. More
