Called to schedule service and was told to leave a message and they would return call. Two hours later....no call. Called again and they answered but put me on hold and 10 minutes later, still on ho message and they would return call. Two hours later....no call. My initial experience wasn't that bad. I purchased my vehicle in February and that whole process was pretty easy. Then in June I began having issues with my Pacifica Hybrid's powertrain. It would simply vehicle in February and that whole process was pretty easy. Then in June I began having issues with my Pacifica Hybrid's powertrain. It would simply stop running while driving on the highway. I'd have to coast to the shoulder and reset the whole vehicle. Since then it's been in the shop collectively for over 3 months. They still don't know what's wrong with it or how to fix it and it's happened three more times. It's a significant safety issue. I've asked them to buy it back and they offered me $10,000 less than what I owe on it. Then to add insult to injury, every time I need a loaner, they put me in a compact car. I purchased a van because I have a family of six, I've told them that these little cars aren't going to cut it, but they just brush me off. So I can't transport my entire family anywhere as long as the van is in the shop. Now I'm looking at legal options, but it shouldn't have gotten to this point. I've been nothing but respectful, but it's gotten me nowhere. Avoid doing business here, it's not worth the trouble. More

A couple of days later check engine light came back on and fuel cap light never went out. My truck is a Ram 1500 with only 36450 miles Took it to a friends shop and he put it up on their hoist and we found that when they replaced the fuel pump they DID NOT PLUG in some of the wires. More

I enjoy the respect I received and know I will be taken care of. Recall notices on my RAM3500 I scheduled a recall notice service online and received an email confirmation.
