I purchased a pre owned 2023 lexus GX 460 from Helms Bros in bayside salesman was good the sales manager was firm with the price but on my way out the door he decided to give me a discount ,deal was made tra in bayside salesman was good the sales manager was firm with the price but on my way out the door he decided to give me a discount ,deal was made transaction is completed while waiting at the salesman desk to get the insurance document I asked for a copy of the car fox, well to my surprise this vehicle was involved in an accident rear ended I was shocked and disappointed I wasn’t informed of this but I learn a costly lesson I expected better from a dealer of this magnitude if I had known about this accident I wouldn’t have made this purchase, so car shoppers remember to ask for the car fox before even starting any transaction, I honestly felt I was tricked because the dealer/salesman must have known about this damage to the vehicle, I’ve purchased several vehicles over the years car salesman tells you what you want to hear, they are always some hidden facts like my car fox. More
