They were patient when answering my many questions. They made sure I was comfortable with the entire process prior to my departure from their dealership. Then they each made follow-up calls during the next week to see if I had any issues/questions. They made sure I had their contact information in case I need them in the future. Service is no longer good. After 10 years a steady decline in service department desk staff. Poor communication. Slow service for appointment scheduled work. Truck sat all day before replacing a glo plug that we knew needed replace when service was scheduled. I watched the mechanic get the truck off of the lot and take it to the shop. At 3-3:30 pm truck was taken to shop. At 4:30 pm I was leaving the dealership. I had a 9 am appointment. This was unsatisfactory. I called and or went to speak with service desk 3 times trying to find out status of the work. They had my phone number for calls or texts but I had to initiate contacts. Finally got call it was ready after I again called the lady. More
