This dealership delivered our new 2024 Yukon Denali with big black marks on the headliner, deep gouges in the second row wall panels on both sides, scratches in the lift gate panel, garbage under all floor mats, black marks on second row console and chipped paint on front. They never detailed this vehicle. They charged for an informant screen saver that was never installed (they said they were issuing a refund but we have not seen it yet). When we picked up Yukon they had NO paperwork for us to show we even owned the new vehicle. 19 days ago we bought the Yukon and still do not have a legal registration to drive our Yukon. They also withheld a discount that their website stated was for everyone. More
