Avoid at all costs! While purchasing a used car, their Point-of-Sale machine malfunctioned and charged me $6,000 that they tried to say I did not pay. After they threatened to repo my vehicle, I sent them Point-of-Sale machine malfunctioned and charged me $6,000 that they tried to say I did not pay. After they threatened to repo my vehicle, I sent them my bank statement and did a conference call with my bank. Very sketchy, felt like a scam. I immediately sent the paperwork required to register the vehicle and they lost it at least twice. Instead of being proactive, they waited for me to call and ask about the status of the registration and then asked me to send the paperwork I already sent twice once again. A month after purchase they asked me to fill out a paper for the loan, but it was a DMV form, making it obvious they had not submitted the registration A MONTH LATER, trying to be sly and sneaky about it. They refused to extend my temp tag so now THREE MONTHS LATER I can not drive the vehicle I am paying for because of their incompetence. Also note that they make you pay an insane $600 to register your vehicle and will not let you do it yourself. I get a military exemption in my home state, I asked them to let me register it myself and it would have been done that week. So, I paid an extra $600 so they could mail my paperwork off late and put me into a bad situation. I tried to resolve the issue with their manager, and he sent me a gift basket which is a nice gesture but, I cannot exactly drive that around. I am limited to when I can take leave and now, I need to use my car to transport another vehicle to family out of state and I can not since the registration is still God knows where. All I want is my registration so I can be done with these people. If I could give the car back and just go somewhere else I would in an instant but unfortunately, I am stuck waiting on these people to do their jobs. I wish I had never set foot in there; this is an absolute nightmare. Please avoid this place especially if you are military or from out of state, they do not know the laws and obviously do not value your patronage or service. Do not make the same mistake I did, stay far away from Hendrick. More
