Late on a Friday afternoon I was the only one in the panic mode. Brandon Mills greeted and turned me over to Justin. The Shop Manager Grant approached to ask another question and tied to bring levity to my situation. He said he love the challenge of a waiting, no appointment customer late in the day. A technician they call John Boy dove in head first, in the parking lot! I was presented with an estimate to replace the thermostat. Repairs made and paid my bill in less than an hour. Everything went so smooth and everyone was calm, welcoming, and appeared to enjoy what they were doing. When I thought the whole experience couldn’t have been better I received a call from Justin only to ask if everything was good before he went home. Wished I did not have the delay but the level of service was so high that I had to do a review. If you are local you are lucky to have that crew. More

If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car to this dealership on January 26, 2025, for an engine check after a warning light came on. I was told the engine needed to be replaced—for a shocking $16,000. I declined the service and asked for my vehicle back. They said they needed to order a part just to reassemble it. Weeks passed with no updates. I emailed multiple times and was told the technician was out sick. I waited patiently, but after two weeks of silence, I reached out again and got no response. It wasn’t until I showed up in person that I found out my car had been in an accident caused by one of their employees—something they never bothered to call, email, or inform me about. My car, along with others, was damaged while in their care. Mine suffered bumper damage. I returned on April 14 thinking my car would finally be ready—but it was still damaged. No apology. No timeline. Just indifference from management, including Mike and Teddy, who clearly do not value their customers or take responsibility for their mistakes. Today is May 24, 2025. My car has now been with them for four months. No repair. No clear answers. Still waiting. At this point, it honestly feels like they don’t take me seriously—maybe because I’m a woman, which is even more upsetting. I came to this dealership expecting professionalism and fairness. What I got was the exact opposite—delays, zero communication, damaged property, and complete lack of accountability. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else. This place does not care about their customers, and I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a car. To be fair, I’ve written great reviews for this dealership in the past—especially for simple services like oil changes. But when it came to a serious matter, they completely failed me, and now I have to share an honest and very disappointing experience. More
