The sales department was great to work with. But the service department was awful. They made up a men issue to try to get me to pay instead of covering it by warranty. Then once I got someone else involved with my car, they said it was a warranty covered issue but I was two hundred miles out of warranty so it was too late. Even though multiple people had been driving it to test it. On top of all of that Cody was one of the rudest customer service people I have ever worked with. I would take my car somewhere else if it had an issue and not trust the Hendrick service dept. More
