Poor Service and Unjust Charges at Hendrick Dodge Ram of Cary NC I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at Hendrick Dodge regarding the repair of my truck. A few mont Cary NC I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at Hendrick Dodge regarding the repair of my truck. A few months ago, I brought my "Brand new truck" in for a lengthy repair. I was provided a loaner vehicle and assured that I would only be responsible for the gas. However, the repair was not completed properly, and I had to return to the dealership multiple times over several months. On one occasion, when no loaner vehicle was available, I was directed to Hertz for a rental and was again assured that I would only need to cover the gas. After several months, when the repair was finally completed, I received a bill for toll charges and a daily rental fee totaling $180. This directly contradicted the dealership’s original promises. Throughout this ordeal, I attempted to contact the service representative numerous times via phone calls, texts, and voicemails. Unfortunately, he only returned my call once. This lack of communication forced me to visit the dealership in person to express my frustration. Despite multiple efforts to resolve these issues, the dealership has refused to cover the charges and has not upheld its commitments. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past 30 years and never encountered such poor service. I hope this feedback prompts the dealership to take accountability, improve its customer service, and honor its commitments in the future. More
