We bought a vehicle in March 14 of this year. Here is a list of issues that we have already had with our new vehicle. March 21st - Week after we bought the vehicle Evap Pressure Sensor went out Here is a list of issues that we have already had with our new vehicle. March 21st - Week after we bought the vehicle Evap Pressure Sensor went out May 15th- taillight sensor/taillight not working Mid-November- attempting update/unable to update for over a week; finally updates November 27th - Car wont start, "Fuel transmission sensor" had to tow to dealership End of December - Car wont "update", unable to use GPS/Maps feature Jan 13th - went to get vehicle service for GPS/Maps but did not have part and part was on backorder February 16 - car appointment to fix GPS/maps function February 17 - THE NEXT DAY tire monitor system light comes on. Needs maintenance. With the number of issues we've had and the amount of time we've spent at the service center you would think that we would be able to speak with the service manager to resolve this ongoing issue. It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with Benny. Every time either myself or my wife calls, "Benny is in a meeting, or I will have him call you back." When he calls back he calls at 8:00 pm from a phone number that shows as SPAM, so neither my wife or I answer or know it is him till he leaves a message, there's no call back number and no follow up, we have to try to chase him down again the next day. I am tired of wasting my time chasing down the service manager, getting the vehicle serviced every couple months, etc. My wife and I have taken countless time off work to service this faulty product that was sold to us, but no one seems to care. The most recent time being when I got my vehicle serviced on Monday 16th, just for another light/problem to occur on TUESDAY 17th! At this point I just want to trade this faulty vehicle back in and get my money back. Left ANOTHER voicemail up there today for Benny to call me back. I'd like to speak to the owner/GM of this store, so they are aware of the number of issues that we are having with this vehicle and the service team. (803) 622-8206 More
