I was at Hendrick Honda for an oil change on my 2012 Honda Accord Coupe when I ran into Richard. I knew Richard because we had bought two vehicles from him previously, the Coupe and a Honda Ridgeline. When I bought my Accord Coupe I was 9 months from being out of the hospital from a life threatening accident that I survived. I wanted a Sportscar with specific items and Richard was professional, yet friendly and patient while I tried out a ton of cars. I loved the car and bought it!!

But now back to reality, what I really needed was a car that had four doors, room for my mulch and was comfortable for long drives. Richard was wonderful while I wandered around the lot. There was never any pressure and I felt very comfortable with trying out several vehicles. I am now the proud owner of a Honda Crosstour and I really really love it. It is exactly the car I wanted so Thank You Richard, it's been my pleasure to work with you again and I would recommend you to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I knew what car I wanted so I was shopping price and service. I think we negotiated a fair price, and the team at Hendrick Hondo Bradenton is VERY organized and courteous. They do customer service with a smile and a handshake and remember your name.

My vehicle had engine issues and my sales consultant was able to provide me with a fair deal. The dealership provided me with a loner during the prep period of my purchase. My sales consultant was available to answer questions during the period. My experience was excellent and I will return.

Over all I avoid dealerships because there are so many pushing salesman. We went in however because we had a need for a second car. The experience here was outstanding. From top to bottom everyone at Hendrick were polite and didn't push us but rather guided us into making a good purchase. They did everything they could to help us meet our goals with the budget we had for a car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hendrick of Bradenton..Thanks for helping us purchase a car that we feel safe in!

In under 5 years I have purchased 6 cars from Hendrick Honda. I'm not sure at this point if it's because I love Honda or if I love buying cars from Hendrick Honda of Bradenton. I think its great when you feel comfortable buying a car, dealing and purchasing and closing the loan and taking your new car home. Again, I purchased my third car from Mike Knight who makes you feel super comfortable while shopping and never makes you feel pressured to buy something you aren't comfortable with. He's knowledgeable about the products and helpful in making the choice. Mark Russell, seems to know me well and doesn't make it difficult to stay within my budget and does everything he can to help me everytime.
I would and always recommend buying your car from Honda, and I'm sure I'll be back soon for my next car. Thanks, as always for making me feel at home! Thanks Matt Woods for hiring such great people.

Robert did what I call a PERFECT job in helping my daughter buy her first new car. First off Robert was just plain nice to us. He carefully walked us through every step of the process in a very professional and methodical manner. He personally helped my daughter set up her phone on the blue tooth and demonstrated every single feature of the car to her. He made a very special day for my daughter even better.
