We basically negotiated on the trade difference, arranged terms via text and phone discussions, and I just had to go in, test drive to make sure I liked it, and sign the papers. It's my first Lexus and won't be my last! Alicia Haley was very helpful with demonstrating and setting up the vehicle technology features as well, near closing time on a Friday! So we decided to trade in our Avalon (which we liked) for the ES350 which we like even better!!! I would recommend Kathy and Hendrick to anyone in the market for a new or used car. totally accomodated . I traveled to Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte with a 2017 Lexus RX 350 I had picked out on line. Upon arrival (after about a 3 hour drive) I was informe I traveled to Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte with a 2017 Lexus RX 350 I had picked out on line. Upon arrival (after about a 3 hour drive) I was informed that someone had already put a deposit on that vehicle. The Salesperson (Ritchie Mauney) immediately told me that he would try to get me in a NEW RX 350 at about the same price as the one I had looked at with 107 miles on it. I was thrilled to find out that I would be purchasing a new vehicle and at a fantastic price. Within minutes, I was doing the paperwork for my new RX 350. From the minute I entered the Dealership, I was greeted by the front desk ladies and introduced to Ritchie. Everyone made sure that I was taken care of in all aspects of my purchase.
