Everyone, from top to bottom, is friendly and knowledgeable. You couldn’t feel more at home during a car transaction. Went in with x amount for a down payment, was told with negative equity that I had to practically double the down payment so we did. Told them we did NOT want the warranty or the ceramic coating and signed negative equity that I had to practically double the down payment so we did. Told them we did NOT want the warranty or the ceramic coating and signed the paper agreeing to that- no warranty. Get the deal done after a couple hours. Go home and then the next day see that an almost 4,000$ warranty was added that I said I did not want. In addition the “thrown in” oil changes cost me $400. So to sum it up, we had to put down $4,500 to “cover negative equity” when really we put down that money so they could add in over 4k of stuff we said WE DID NOT WANT. More
