Now, here's the thing, I was looking closely at my bill and came to this little item called service charge and reading about it in the side column. I spent over $1,000 and I was surprised to see that I was also paying for shop supplies and waste disposal. I'm an 81 year old widow living on $2,000 a month and half of that went to you this month and I think Toyota or Mr. Hendrick could more easily come up with paying for this than me. I could have gone to Costco to get tires, as my friends advised me to but after talking to Jonathan, I decided to go with Toyota. So, without going back to all my charges for 10 years, I'm assuming I have paid for a lot supplies and waste disposal. More
