I have never purchased from a dealership that seemed to be one step ahead throughout the entire process. From handling our trade in appraisal while we were on a test drive, to filling our new car with gas while we were completing our purchase, to having the car detailed and ready to go when we were done signing papers. Everything went very fast and extremely smooth. We had the pleasure of having BreAnna Griffin as our sales consultant. She is absolutely amazing!! By the time we left I felt like she had become our friend not just sold us a car. Andy pointed out a few options after I mentioned how my wife wanted a minivan and I ended up purchasing a 2014 Used VW VAN! Overall, the experience was great!!! Andy drove us around all the Hendricks lots to compare features and prices. He sat and scoured the internet for an hour searching for exactly what my wife wanted. Yet, when everything was said and done the best deal for the dollar was with Hendricks VW and the very first car I looked at! My intent was to test drive a pre selected list of cars. (Impala, Charger, A truck or two, and a few SUVs and trucks, and all new). After seeing the VW van that was used with low miles and learning of the extended warranty because it was VW certified, the overall value for the price was an easy decision!
