We showed up in the middle of a thunderstorm and Neida came out and greeted us with a smile. She was the only one who came out. She showed us vehicles at both locations until we decided upon one. She kept in constant contact with my bank to make the transition seamless. She called the next week and check on us. I have approximately 1500 coworkers that I have been trying to spread the word. Hopefully she will still be there in a couple years when I'm looking for a truck. Henkel gave me $1000 more for my trade than a previous dealership I visited would.
