Service has gone way down hill! Used to have the best service at this dealership years ago. They had my Lincoln a week for a battery terminal and I couldn’t get in touch with anyo Used to have the best service at this dealership years ago. They had my Lincoln a week for a battery terminal and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone after numerous calls and messages left multiple days. They didn’t change a drivers light that I told them about three times and was told the day it was ready that the light was not out. When I picked it up, a guy in the service area said, hey, you have a light out. They wouldn’t change the light right then and said I would have to take it back in the next day. They were still open another hour but wouldn’t do it. I have an job and taking it back is so disruptive. Will have to decide if my next car will be a Cadillac instead of a Lincoln. Or, if I drive to another Lincoln dealership for service in the future. What happened to this place? More
The service department is great! The service was finished when promised. The next day I heard a new rattle. I drove the rep around the parking lot. He identified the wheel flap was loose and had it fixed with me out of the door in less than 20 minutes. There are other dealerships closer to where I live, but it is well worth the drive! Keep up the great customer service experience! More
I currently own my second Lincoln and was in the market for a third until my most recent service experience at Hennessy. In the past I’ve had Ralph as a service advisor then Charles and they were wonderfu for a third until my most recent service experience at Hennessy. This time I have Darrell Cowan and can not get any communication and they have had my car for 1 week, no loaner so I am basically being held hostage. I had made my original appointment one month ago and the ask from Hennessy (Charles) was if I had any vacation time coming up where they could have my car and look at it when I wouldn’t need a loaner. We agreed that I would drop it off the morning of 4/11 and that by Monday 4/17 I would have a loaner or my car back so I could go to work. When I arrived 4/11 I was told Charles was no longer there and Darrell informed me that’s not how they do things. He obviously had made up his mind he would not honor the agreement…probably should have just given me the middle finger instead of speaking because that is how he’s treated me. 2 phone calls with my name and phone number. The request that he call my cell abc not my work number because I can’t get to the office without my car has all fallen on deaf ears. No return phone call in 1 week of having my car. When I call to speak with someone else I just get out on indefinite holds. At this point I need someone to CALL me so j know the status and timeline of my car. And Lincoln has currently lost my future business. It isn’t worth it if this is how you’ve decided to treat your female customers! More

I cannot do within my car and they had no loaner that I could use while my car sat in their lot! I ended up canceling my appointment. What is the point of having an appointment if you aren’t going to look at my car for days later? HORRIBLE customer service. How about you call me when you can get my cat in to be looked at? More
Made an apppointment for recall work weeks (maybe more than a month) in advance--at the time of appointment I specified the work to be done. Would have been nice to know this in advance, then I could have arranged my schedule to leave it with them that long. Since I had already planned to be out of town the next day I couldn't leave it. I wasted an hour taking my truck to and from Hennessy and my wife also wasted an hour in a separate vehicle because we were going to leave the truck for a day--just not three days. It would be nice to receive an apology from the service manager and the dealership manager for the major inconvenience since no work was done. I guess the service advisor who actually waited on me did the best he could do since the service manager to whom I was originally assigned for the appointment was in a meeting. More

Totally upset the level of management and misrepresentation. Call MGR never to receive a call back this is systemic to this company cost me $3500 in rental fees to not have nothing done on my work vehicle. I would never recommend them for nothing! More
Took my f250 2020 for a 30 k service. Stay there waiting very patience for an alignment that after I left notice the wheel was off. Call back the advisor said to bring it tomorrow or next day cause he doesn’t have anyone there. Same thing happens last time didn’t complain but this second time unbelievable. What’s the difference between there and another service center. Just don’t trust them anymore too many issues. More
I had my vehicle towed there on May 28. Today is June 22. Noone ever called me to say hey, nothing! I went back up there a week later for an update on my repairs only to find out that my vehicle was still parked in the same spot where the tow truck driver had left it. Noone diagnosed it yet or anything. I was assured that someone would look at my vehicle and that I'd get a call back. I didn't get any paper work nothing. On the second week that my vehicle was on the lot, I visited the dealership yet again and noticed the same thing! An adviser walked up to my vehicle with me and again reassured me that it would get taken care of. Mind you while all of these lies are being told to me, I've rented cars, caught ubers, and the Marta bus, my daughter and boyfriend drove me and picked me up as well. I have two jobs and I'm also the guardian of my mother and brother so I truly need my vehicle badly. I have been calling the dealership for three weeks trying speak with a manager. I left a voice mail or two hoping that I'd get a call back, still nothing. My son took my to the dealership yesterday June 21, 2022 and I was floored! There were service advisors there helping at least three other customers. I was barely noticed or spoken to when I entered the service department. I asked if the manager Chris Davis was present. I was told yes but he's in a meeting. Personally I felt that that was another false hood being told to me, because this I called his phone repeatedly and never got an answer or a call back. I was told to wait. I couldn't wait any longer and decided to speak with another manager who's name I believe was Dwelling or something like that. I told him about what happened about how I was ignored as a customer and that no one ever called to touch bases with me about my vehicle and he looked at me as he couldn't care less! I questioned him by asking how my vehicle got ignored like that? Of course he made up some weak excuse. Then he went on to tell me, give him till tomorrow evening and he'll be guaranteed to call me with information about my vehicle. I'm tired, my body is in pain. I am a two time colon cancer survivor and I'm trying my best to work and care for my family and this happened. More
