Criminals. I had my truck in for service and they dented the rear bumper badly. Not happy with this visit. I went in for routine oil change I have 2 free ones left. And for “perform service” message on my dash. When checking in I was asked if it was ok to wash truck. I said yes. That wasn’t done When I checked out I was asked if I got the text from the mechanic. Yes I did. Although I can’t understand anything the video said other than I need brake pads. I was told it would be all written out on my papers. It was not. Still don’t know what else was going on with the truck and what it needs. I was charged for little over $300. I said I have 2 oil changes and this leaves me with 1 left correct? The advisor said yes you have 1 left. I got to my truck looked at papers and seen I was charged for the oil change. I went back in to same advisor and said did you charge me for this oil change? He said yes, I didn’t know you had the two free ones. Instead of voiding out the transaction and charging me what it should’ve been, which was $80 for mounting my tires he said the next time I come in I can use my free oil change. So I said to him I have two free oil changes. Correct? He said yes. Then why did he lie to me and tell me only had 1 when I initially checked out? Why not make it right and void the transaction and charge me the $80 for mounting tires? In this new work that needs to be done. I don’t even know what it is or if it is covered under warranty. I went home. I called the manager for the service. He tells me he hast to do a little research to see what was wrong with the truck and if it’s covered under warranty, tells me you’ll call me back a little later in the day, I get a voicemail at 6:37 PM telling me he needs more time to research what’s going on with my truck and he’ll give me a call at 9 AM. Well now we’re at 12:40. I still haven’t gotten a phone call. I still haven’t gotten my oil change rectified as far as the charge and he seems pretty simple. Void the transaction and charge me the $80. I don’t know what’s so complicated with that and I still have no idea What the perform service entails. Other than I need brake pads. Which I understand is a maintenance for the brake pads and that wouldn’t be covered under warranty. I’ll make arrangements for that myself. In previous visits, the service advisor had been fantastic.
