Walked in to make a cash purchase of a car at the advertised price. Don’t know that anyone at the dealership had ever heard of selling a car. Took ten days to get it done. My worst car buying experience ever. Was misinformed on multiple occasions. Was told car would be ready on Thursday. It was not. We could not A lot of time wasted running back n forth Because of false information Also had an appt for finance and it tool multiple hours due to them trying to sell us stuff we didn’t need or want . We are also told they would put car mats in and they did not. if you shop here expect to be told ANYTHING to get you to buy there auto. Warranty for 5 years was over 8,000 with a 100$ deductible. When plates came in we went back for sticker. Car was rejected due to salesmen zip tie the plate to the car. THEY MUST BE BOLTED So this process to over 2 hours to get a sticker . I went back to see where my car is and it had been sitting in the lot all done no one bothered to tell me it was ready. Also they would not budge on price of car or warranty cost. Be ware before you sign anything and get everything in writing. Promise s are not kept. More
