My Review of Herb Connolly Hyundai:
I took my elderly mother to buy a new car and it was the first time she has ever been to a car dealer or dealt with the purchase of a car on her own. The sales staff made the process very easy and they did not pressure her. They answered her questions and explained things carefully. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

My Review of Herb Connolly Hyundai:
I had purchased my first Elantra from Herb Connolly Hyundai back in 2003, so when my mechanic told me that I needed about $1500 worth of work on it, I decided to explore my options with purchasing a new one. My one and only stop in my search was back at Herb Connolly Hyundai! I was pleasantly greeted by Lauren and explained the situation to her. After telling her what was important to my family and I, she suggested either a new Elantra or Sonata. She was patient and informative while letting me test drive two trim levels of the Elantra, as well as a Sonata. Needless to say, I wound up with a new Elantra GLS! The process was easy and straight forward-Easton, the sales manager did not play any games, which was so relieving! Doug got me a great interest rate and finished all the paperwork in minutes. I would and have recommended Lauren and Herb Connolly Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used Hyundai (another option I explored!)

My Review of Herb Connolly Hyundai:
I went to Herb Connolly Hyundai to look at a 2007 Saturn Vue they had on the lot. I was a previous Saturn customer and was initially going to wait until spring to replace my 143K 2000 Saturn. I had always wanted a Vue, but was a little unsure about buying outside a Saturn Dealership. I have always bought a car at its respective dealership. I bought the car. Lauren was my sales person. I she was so nice, helpful and easy to work with. As it turned out the spare key that came with the car did not fit. Lauren stopped by the Norwood Saturn Dealership to get a new spare key made for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. The entire staff was very pleasant. I bought a used car but they still treated my as if the car was a brand new Hyundai. I would definitely consider them for my next purchase.

My Review of Herb Connolly Hyundai:
My family has bought 6 cars from this dealership 3 recently, 2 from Roy Porter this summer,and most recently in October 1 from Eric Porter. At all times the salesmen were Sincere, Courteous and efficent with my family. The price that we ended up at was very satisfactory.
When I had a small issue with my radio it was scheduled to be fixed free.
These 2 men represented the Dealership with professionalism. Myself and my family
were treated as if we were VIP's. Congratulations to your dealership.

I visited Herb Connolly Hyundai after having an unpleasant experience with another dealership. I was very interested in the Sante Fe, but was very uncomfortable with my tentative "deal" at the other dealership. I stopped in at Herb Connolly to comparison shop, and I found Easton to be very friendly and sincere, and he was able to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. He was forthright, and didn't "play games".

This was my second experience purchasing a new vehicle from Herb Connolly Hyundai. The sales people were very friendly and accomadating. I was able to purchase my car and pick it up in the time frame to suit me. I have always gone back to have my car serviced there and there's never a problem, everyone is friendly and does a great job!
I always recommed Herb Connolly Hyundai...great people...great product !!

I bought a car at the end of August, which was the last weekend of the Cash for Clunkers program. I made my inital contact with Adam via the Internet and worked with Lauren as the dealership. They were very friendly and professional and carried out on every promise they made. Even though they were very busy that weekend, they took the time to make my experience an enjoyable one. It was one of the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience I have had.

My Review of Herb Connolly Hyundai:
We had already been to two other Hyundai dealerships and had less than satisfactory experiences. When we arrived at Herb Connelly it was very busy and Jim happened to notice us waiting. He first apologized that we had to wait and then when we told him what we wanted there was no problem. Our negotiation was the smoothest and quickest I have ever had and he came back with a price we attempted to negotiate for at another dealership. We got the exact car we wanted and the perfect price and Jim was so nice and friendly and accomodating. This was our first experience at Herb Connelly and we will now go back for our service and any future purchases as all the other Hyundai dealerships in our area do not match the experience at Herb Connelly.
