My Review of Herb Gordon Volvo:
The whole experience exceeded my expectations. George Awad, my sales consultant, was professional, respectful, and very patient teaching this old lady all the bells and whistles on my 2012 S60. Matt Diorio, the sales manager, was able to negotiate a financing package with a lower APR than I had obtained previously when I was pre-approved prior to my visit. Needless to say, I'm thrilled with my new Volvo!

My Review of Herb Gordon Volvo:
I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy new or used. I showed up on a Friday night at 7 pm. Jim worked with me through advantages of new vs. used and what showed me whatever I wanted to see on the lot. After a test drive, sifting through options and paperwork, I drove a new C30 off the lot at 11 pm; 2 hours after closing. It was a low pressure, enjoyable experience.
Having been to other dealerships in looking for a car, I was expecting an intimidating, high-pressure experience. I was very pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend working with Jim and Herb Gordon.

A great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was courteous, professional & helpful, from the general manager Ed Sarecky, to salesmen George Awal & Mark Stephenson, who assisted each other, to the finance manager, Matt Dorio. Even Laurie Miller, who was not officially involved, helped out. Respectful & fair treatment. No pressure. Superb customer service. An enjoyable, efficient, & pleasant car-buying experience. I highly recommend them.

Laurie Miller in Sales was "like a breath of fresh air"! Very professional,provided detailed assistance and very timely in following up with me in my search for a used Volco C70. I would highly recommend both she and the Manager,Craig. The best experience I have had in 20 years at a dealership!!

My Review of Herb Gordon Volvo:
My wife and I flew from Chicago for a 2007 V70R. The entire process was seamless and fluid, thanks largely to Jim.

I first saw the ad on autotrader and right away called Herb Gordon, asking to speak to someone familiar with the car. I got Jim. He gave me all the information I needed, and more: He went out of his way to take extra photos, gathered additional details about the car's optional equipment, warranty, etc.

Later that day, Jim and his team were able to hold the car for me, and three days later, my wife and I took a one-way flight to DC.

Upon meeting Jim, I knew we had a deal. He's honest, sincere and extremely helpful. Three hours later, the car was mine.

Overall, the experience was outstanding. I had never bought a car from out of state before this, and I was rather apprehensive in the beginning, unsure about the risk and what might happen. But Jim gave me the confidence and I've been very happy with the car!

After requesting a Price Quote on-line, Lorri Miller was the first dealer to respond to my request. She called me to request more information so she can better serve my needs. She was so warm and inviting that I felt as though she was my good friend. She did not have the vehicle I was interested in, so she promised to search for one and follow-up with me. Each day, she would call to give me status. There was no sales pressure from her. Unfortunately, I could not buy the vehicle I was interested in because of some extenuated circumstances with my current vehicle, but I was so impressed with her professionalism and excellent customer service, that I will certainly come to Herb Gordon for my next vehicle and would certainly recommend her and your dealership to family and friends.

Outstanding customer service. Salesman spent loads of time at delivery giving me a tutorial on optional accessories before I got on the highway. When I had questions on salesman's day off, other staff stepped in to provide assistance. Obviously work as a team and are very customer service focused.

My Review of Herb Gordon Volvo:
Very friendly dealership, the receptionist was attentive and found someone to help me right away. The salesman (Neal Hyman) spent a lot of time understanding my needs and explaining the features and differences of the various models, and also explained the sales process at this dealership. I was offered a very fair price for my trade, and the new car price is dealer invoice less a specific amount depending on the model. I think I might have gotten a better price if I wanted to go to another dealer and go through that whole ridiculous negotiation skit, but this dealer doesn't sell that way (which I like!). The business process following the sale (let's call it the paperwork and selling of extras like an extended warranty) was very pleasant and efficient. The business person I worked with was Bryan Liddiard. He took all the time I wanted to go over all the paperwork and was both professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new Volvo.
