This was a complicated and stressful situation of my current car breaking down requiring the purchase of a new car. The dealership helped coordinate everything from beginning to end. They were flexible and helpful in assisting me with coordination of taking care of my old car, dropping of my rental, transfering items from my old car to my new car, purchasing additional after-factory parts from the parts department, and having my new car delivered from a different Heritage dealership so that I could get the car I really wanted within our timeline and within our price range.
