Okay we got a second call from Nick, very nice and he also wanted to confirm Saturday morning with both Wranglers waiting, we will review, pick one, run to the bank, come back and pay, very easy. Next we got a third call from "Manager Brian", confirmed all for a third time, both Wranglers will be ready and waiting, one red, one gray, we pick one, run to the bank, come back and pay, could not be easier. We drove the three plus hours on Saturday and were unable to deal with anyone we spoke with. Do we deal with The Closer to get the deal done? No, here comes Sidney... totally clueless, he wants the insurance card to start the paperwork? Where are the cars? Not on the lot, nowhere to be found. Three people confirmed everything and Horrible Heritage couldn't even get the cars on the lot? We leave. Sidney called one hour twenty minutes later, they found the cars, he made it clear they had no problem wasting our time, it was too late to check out the cars and get to the bank. Only the Horrible Heritage of Harrisburg could fail on getting a deal this easy done... Avoid this Dealership, a total waste of time. More

Just wow. Went in for an oil change and was told I needed more work done on my car. Which is fine if it needs it.
