My Review of Heritage Ford-Lincoln-Mercury:
Was told I would get a lifetime powertrain warranty, was told it would cost me. Warranty was a DuraLube warranty which requires installation of DuraLube kit, owner's manual states that additives are not needed and could void warranty. Asked by finance person if I wanted warranty and I said "No", rather than redo paoer work I got it anyway. Paperwork was done mostly by salesman, only dealership that I seen do this. Three weeks and I still do not have a registration for vehicle. Paper is a mess, misaligned in printer hard to read some of it. Cannot recommend and I not return.
