Horrible overall service experience and experience with Service Manager and General Manager. Should have gone with John Jones from beginning!! Long story short we had a vehicle off with transmission issue. Was told it would be a ‘few days’ before a technician could look at it since we didn’t have an appointment. After a week I hadn’t heard anything so I checked in. Was told two cars ahead of our and it would be a ‘couple days’. Another week went by and hadn’t heard anything so I had to reach out again. Was told one vehicle ahead and would only be a couple more days…. Following week, same thing. Over 4 weeks finally get diagnosed and told parts would take a week. After a week of not hearing anything I reached out again asking for an update to be told it was installed but now has to go John Jones to be programmed and that would take a week… the next week after not hearing anything I reached out again to be told that there was a problem with the transmission they put in and they would have to send to John Jones to fix under warranty. You get the frustration. On top of the lack of communication and me having to pull information from them, I was quoted different prices from what I was actually charged and they nickel and dime charges for sure. So when it was finally ready after 7 weeks I took my concerns to service manager who was no help and offered no sincere concern and even admitted that his tech shouldn’t have taken the job and they he would be talking to him about it. He also said he would talk to the service coordinator about his lack of communication and not accurately estimating how long it would take. His solution was that I should have asked them to use one of their rental cars but that since I didn’t, he couldn’t do anything. I told him the service person knew I had a rental and that’s why I was upset waiting and waiting.. thought I’d get a better response from Heritage General Manager but all he did was make excuses and had more questions about me and my customer service experience… just a giant waste of time and money and severe lack of customer service by management for sure!! Could tell they could care less about keeping a customer or do anything to try and make it better. More
I bought the 2014 Camaro 2SS for $24,000. The radio didn't work or the turn signals. When I asked about it. They said it won't be fixed because it was a wholesale vehicle. Sorry, one star is a low as I can go. I scheduled an oil change on their web site several weeks ago for the listed price of $39. When I got my tab, it was for $48 and change. I thought maybe I made a mistake so when I got home, I checked the web page again. Nope, $39. I contacted Heritage Ford and a few days later, the service manager called me. He said he was looking at the web page and it listed the $48 price. He asked me to send him a screen shot of the page I booked on. I was out of town when he called but when I got home, I sent him a link to that page. I could not send and actual screen shot but all he had to do was click on the link and it would pop up. That's the last I heard from them. No, the nine bucks isn't going to break me. However, the nine bucks is going to keep me from ever doing business with Heritage Ford again. More

Have not received anything or heard anything since they delivered the car. I have called and left messages but no return answers. I do not like not knowing where paperwork is at. Great experience at Heritage Ford Ordered and purchased a new 2017 F-150 from Heritage Ford. Devin was knowledgeable and did a great job in working with me and keeping me informed. Once my truck arrived Devin and the rest of the Heritage staff were fantastic to work with. From dealership management to the finance team, to the folks that prepped the truck for pickup everyone did their best to ensure we were satisfied with or vehicle and experience at Heritage. We are A Plan customers and have purchased or new Ford vehicles from Downtown Ford (Bill Collins) for 25+ years. Moving to the Corydon, Indiana area in the fall of 2016 we are glad to know that we now have a great Ford dealer to work with for the next 25. If you want a new or used Ford check these folks out. You won't be sorry. More
Good experience, good sales, terrible detailing I found this dealership online due to the very competitive pricing and was a little skeptical. I first made the call to them and began to work with the online sales person. Mandy was very helpful and a great communicator. The day before a friend of mine went to the same dealership to make a purchase and took a look at what I had put $ down on. She told them then, that it was dirty and it really needed to be clean. When we arrived, Mandy told us that Connor would be taking care of us. Connor was a pleasure and very personable. We were told the car had just come from detail, but wow if that was true, the detail folks did a terrible job. There was dog hair in the carpet, the trim and interior were nasty and the outside and inner fenders were muddy. I asked for it to be cleaned again. The staff was great and I would go back with the exception of the detailing department. I was not satisfied even when we left with the condition on the car. If the dealership would help the sales people out by putting detailed cars on the lot, they would sell more. If I had not driven such a long way, I would not have made the purchase do to how dirty the car was. More

I live in Louisville and traveled to Corydon just to look at the vehicle and express interest with no intention of purchasing until the next few days if I did like the vehicle. Bob not only stayed late on a stormy day to wait for us, he took me on a lengthy test drive encouraging me to get the full feel of the vehicle. I had not at that point had a salesperson care about my approval that much. Well, when the time came to "talk numbers" I can honestly say that Bob and the sales manager (whose name I can not recall) worked with us to get us where we needed to be to afford the vehicle. The finance manager, Joi, made me feel very calm and relaxed with the purchase which can be a stressful time for anyone. I mean, spending 17000 is hard on anyone! Joi was friendly and did not force us in any way and treated my husband and myself with complete respect. I left a couple hours later with the car and deal of my dreams, 100% satisfied. Heritage Ford has a different vibe than any other dealership I have been to or worked for. The only way you will leave unhappy is if you don't like the car, in which case Bob will work to find you one that you do! I will also add that their coworker Jimmy came to assist me at the clerks office to transfer the title was stuck with me for a couple hours and made the wait delightful. Thank you for walking this rookie throught the process! Thank you all for a great experience! More
