They then ordered the parts, but when they arrived, several were the wrong kind. Now they are predicting another week and a half. Throughout, my primary service contact, Kurt, lied, made ridiculous excuses, didn't return calls, and at one point hung up on me. I've gotten no response to messages and emails sent to upper management and the owner Jon Weese. I want them to reimburse me for part of my rental car expense since this delay is ENTIRELY their fault. This is not just a service department problem. It reflects on the attitude of the entire Heritage Ford operation toward its customers. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER OR BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. More
