This is a revision to a review written earlier, where the rating given was 4. The mistake made was my decision to accept the word of the salesman and the manager. Most of the deal was acceptable but a vibrat rating given was 4. The mistake made was my decision to accept the word of the salesman and the manager. Most of the deal was acceptable but a vibration was noticed in the vehicle. Since I reside in Maryland, the manager assured me that once their Maryland counterpart diagnosed the problem, Harrisburg would resolve it. Well, the Maryland Heritage diagnosed the problem as related to the tires and recommended the replacement of all 4. Harrisburg offered to replace one of the tires. My reply was that I would purchase 4 tires and I requested reimbursement for two. I was informed that I would receive a callback. I still await the call and have spent $900 on new tires. Mr. Hacker, who pledged to resolve any issues, did not return any direct calls to his voicemail. More
