Angelo was very professional and patient with us he made us feel like we were family. He took his time with us asked us what kind of car we wanted, and all the features we wanted, to have. Angelo explained to us each and every feature that was available for the car we wanted to purchase. Angelo made sure we got the car of our dreams, the same day within 1/2 an hour of our conversation, he found our Dream Car. Angelo showed is how to operate each and every feature the car has, he even got our car payments just where we are comfortable to pay monthly . Angelo even went an extra up and above for us , by getting us a cheaper car insurance. We are going home so happy and excited with our Brand New Car of our Dreams!!! If I could give Dumitru 6 stars, I would! Dumitru was professional, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. My son and I had been searching for a Toyota Tacoma for quite some time and finall Dumitru was professional, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. My son and I had been searching for a Toyota Tacoma for quite some time and finally found one at Heritage Toyota. I called to check if it was still available, and Dumitru answered. He was friendly, informative, and took the time to answer all my questions. My situation was a bit complicated—I had just moved from out of state and hadn’t yet transferred my license or registration. Dumitru went above and beyond to help navigate everything so I could move forward with the purchase. I left a deposit and met with him the following week. The process was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Honestly, it was the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever had. If you're in the market for a car, go see Dumitru at Heritage Toyota.
