Everything was done well - I just have one minor things to mention. When I made the appointment I described the problem and indicated that I would wait. When I arrived I was told that the servicing wou to mention. When I made the appointment I described the problem and indicated that I would wait. When I arrived I was told that the servicing would take 4 or 5 hours. The time itself did isn’t bother me - in just wish I had known before hand so I could have planned accordingly. Also - it’s this (CarPlay doesn’t work with newer iPhone pmcords) seems to be a problem with all the 23 Kia’s- it would be a good idea if this was disclosed to all purchasers so they could resolve the issue quickly by to emselbes. Prob something that Kia should have done - rather than the dealer. But something to consider as a customer relation matter. Thanks. More
