Service at car dealer I previously had good service at Honda Dealers. Hertrich Honda was a terrible experience. I called and let them know I would wait for service , they gave me an appointment for 2PM . I arrived 10 min early and and was told 3 people were ahead of me and it would take another 45 minutes to change the oil. It took me 30 minutes to drive to the dealer ship and it turned out to be a bust I was obviously upset . I called the Manager on duty which was a wast of time. My Honda CRV is 5 years old and I am looking for new car. This is the only dealer near me so it looks like I will be buying a Toyata instead. I will never go back to this Dealer. More
Have had the opportunity to purchase two vehicles with David Wheeler Honda. David Cox has sold both of my vehicles to me. He is a sincere confident person that always provides Outstanding Assistance. I will purchase my third Vehicle when we are ready but the Quality of Honda products is so superior, it may be later than sooner. Now I have the honor of dealing with the Service Department. Ron Martin has exceptional Customer Service skills and continues to keep my vehicles in superior condition. It is pleasure to deal with this dealership as they know how to provide their customers with the whole package. I trust and respect this Dealership. Thank you for a "Job Well Done" More
HORRIBLE experience. The service dept acknowledged a problem with our 09 Odyssey, which was still under warranty, but would not fix it, claiming "there was no fix". The problem we had was some problem with our 09 Odyssey, which was still under warranty, but would not fix it, claiming "there was no fix". The problem we had was something that many other honda owners were having trouble with as well and the fix was expensive and difficult. They had a Honda service rep look at our vehicle, he was rude and condescending beyond belief. Knowing the safety concerns related to the problem our vehicle had, they still refused to fix it. After multiple attempts to discuss our concerns with the owner, Mr. Wheeler and the General Manager--THEY NEVER returned our calls, emails or posts on the dealerships' facebook page. Instead THEY DELETED our posts, reaching out to them and BLOCKED us from their page!!! Customer service at it's best--- More
