I have never had a bad experience at Herzog-Meier. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership and had a wonderful car buying experience. Bob was great to work with! I had Herzog diagnose misfiring on my 2001 Jetta. Kyle handled my service and reported that the coil pack was bad. I asked how it was determined that the coil pack was failing and his response was "becau handled my service and reported that the coil pack was bad. I asked how it was determined that the coil pack was failing and his response was "because the technician said so". They wanted almost $1000 to replace the coil pack and two plug wires. This analysis cost me $105. I replaced the coil pack($165) myself in less than 45 minutes, to find that the problem wasn't the coil pack after all. So I wasted nearly $300 for the misdiagnosis and the part. Turns out the timing chain guide was broken and causing the chain to skip and the engine to misfire. More

I am always happy to take a break from my life in the waiting room at Herzog-Meier while they fix up my car. The service is exceptional and the area is welcoming and comfortable.
