Had a sensor fault warning light previously fixed by this dealership, and light came on again 1 week later so made an appointment since I had time constraints. Explained situation to person on the phone and dealership, and light came on again 1 week later so made an appointment since I had time constraints. Explained situation to person on the phone and made an appointment for one week later and was told the work would take 1 hour. When I got there they first said they did not take appointments so I showed them the email and text confirmations. Then told I was behind several people and no estimate on time. Then a rude manager type person came in and said no one takes service appointments (Glenview does) but finally relented they it should be about 1.5 hours. I’ve used their Quick Service drop in for oil changes and that’s good, so I would have just come super early had they been honest on the phone. I did appreciate the updates while there and the explanation after. But bad communication upfront and upon arrival. May go bad for oil changes but not for other service. More
