Drove an hour and a half to buy a vehicle after agreeing on a price with dealer. Drove vehicle and spoke again about price agreement. It has been over a month since the vehicle was traded and it has yet to be paid off. I have made several calls to the dealership concerning the issue. Most of the time the calls were not returned. I must say she is highly dedicated towards her work and has complete knowledge of keeping the customer satisfied under any complicated situations. She left no stone unturned in reimbursement of my check ($1454 approx) from TN State and Revenue department. He was to get 100 dollar referral fee.So far it have been six weeks and no money. Every time i call I get the runaround. What impressed me more was the manager had ordered new tires for the front even before I saw the car. I also asked if they would change the oil as well and they did right away, no problem. The price was way below book and I was given a fair trade in on 2008 Hyundai Elantra. My wife and I waited about 3 hours for the tires to be delivered, but the waiting area was very comfortable. I was afraid my wife would not like the car, because she had been attached to the Elantra, however, she fell in love with the car and now I may have a hard time getting to use the car.Bob and the staff at Highline Imports went the extra mile to make sure everything was right before we drove off the lot, would highly recommend this dealership. jaikrishna 9/11/2012 4:13:32 PM Reason For Visit: Sales (New) I Recommend This Dealer: No Employee(s) Dealt With: Customer Service: 1 Quality of Work: 1 Friendliness: 1 Overall Experience: 1 Pricing: N/A Overall Score: 1.0 My Review Of Highline Imports Inc.: Pathetic experience till now.Please don't trust this dealership at all.I happened to finance(from Willard Love) my state taxes and title fee from the dealership.They were supposed to send the taxes to DMV of TN but don't know what they did DMV never received the check($1455 approx) and when I told this to dealership they told me something is wrong from your DMV.What the hell is all this, what should I do now I wasn't getting any response from DMV or Dealership.After repeatedly calling Edward Casey he told me that they had wrongly sent the Check to some other tax department of TN and are now waiting for the refund.Now the solution they gave me is to pay the taxes from my own pocket and they will send me the check once it gets refunded.What a fool they made of me..I happened to finance it because I was running short of money and now all the burden is on me. HOwever I paid my taxes to DMV and am waiting for dealershiop to mail me my check.Today I called Edward Casey and he raised his hands by saying that he don't know whats going on and just gave me the number of the Owner.Still I haven't got the reswponse from Owner as well.The only solution now seems like is to approach the attorney and file case against them. We have spoken to three people at the STATE and were told we should receive our check/refund payment sometime next week. I understand that you are frustrated with this situation but we are just as frustrated, dealing with the State of TN. has not been a great pleasure, especially when they owe money back. As soon as we receive the refund back, I will let you know. Again, I apologize for this entire ordeal and we do hope soon to get this taken care of.

I bought a 2009 BMW X5 from these guys in Nov 2011. I have it documented they owed me key, nav dvd, headphones. They sent the nav dvd and headphones and will not respond any longer. Calls and emails go unanswered, even to owner. I paid these guys over 2k downpayment and had teh car shipped. Since it is documented I have reporeted it to the BBB and my attorney is getting involved. $470.00 dollars for all this nonsense.Not a good dealership at all- I am rating them poorly due to unfulfilled contract.
