He was very knowledgeable about all the trucks and he was an excellent salesman. Not pushy at all, but knows how to close a deal. Negotiations were quick and easy. My service writer was VERY courteous and professional, Daniel (although he spells it much differently). He explained that a trans 'flush' is NOT a good idea as it will circulate all the gunk and crap in the bottom, throughout the trans........ makes sense but doesn't make sense. I received an add on Facebook for Hiley GMC Buick of Ft Worth. I had been looking locally in Lubbock Texas. I couldn't get anywhere near these advertised prices in Lubbock and the saving was more than enough to warrant a trip to look in person. Almost impossible to get a real person to answer their phone. Virtually no follow-up after the sale. And, in my dealings with them, I experienced questionable integrity, at best. Also their attempts to sell you things you don’t need like extended car warranty and Sirius and GMC apps and subscriptions are relentless. Even though I got a good price on my car, in the end it was not worth it. I would rather pay a little more for a car and trust the people I’m working with because it will be cheaper in the long run. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. More
