I had a brake issue with my Subaru and called Brian Ridings, the Service Manager, during Thanksgiving to see if he could help. Both Brian and Service Advisor Whitney Gifford went above and beyond to assist me. From the very start, they took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel like a valued Subaru owner. The level of customer service I received exceeded my expectations. They kept me updated on the progress of the repair, including sending a video walk-around of my car with an explanation of the repairs. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. The dealership itself is brand new, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, with spaces to unwind or even get some work done while waiting. It’s clear they value their customers' time and comfort. I highly recommend Whitney Gifford to anyone seeking a top-notch service experience. If you're in the area or even remotely close, this team will take great care of you.
