Dirt marks on car and windshield I drove in with were still there. Car definitely not wet. Don't mind they didn't wash it, just don't leave me a notice that you did. More

I know this is not a complaint against Hines Park Lincoln but against the Ford Motor Company. I have a 2018 Lincoln Navigator that was annually serviced recently, June 2020. I spent an hour or more yesterd but against the Ford Motor Company. I have a 2018 Lincoln Navigator that was annually serviced recently, June 2020. I spent an hour or more yesterday, after the our Navigator was returned, restoring all of our profiles. Is there a way to save the user information before the vehicle system reprogramming procedure is executed? Can't these be saved on a thumb drive? What a pain in the a** ! And, I'm sure I didn't get them all... Since there are several USB ports available in the vehicle, there should be a way to save this VITAL information. I think it would be extremely helpful for owners to save this info for restoration. As more whistles and bells are added, it will only get worse! Don't you agree? More

I took my MKZ in to the collision shop of Hines Park Lincoln. Their estimate was right on the money and they told me that it would take about a week to do the repair on my car.
