Was in and out very fast and while I was waiting, I had a nice computer work area to get some work done. Snacks and drinks were a big plus too. Got some tire price match prices and will be back for tires soon. More

I met Adam Kolb at a restaurant and he mentioned his Hines Park Lincoln dealership and told me to start bringing my car there and they would take care of me. I used to go to Jack Demmer Lincoln, biggest mistake not going back there after my new car purchase because they were great. I had a appointment a week after I called Rebecca at Hines Park because she couldn't get me in when I called. I went in for my slotted time and the porter was told by Rebecca, who I knew from Jack Demmer Lincoln, that there were no loaner cars. Mind you, Rebecca's cubicle is see through glass and she knows I'm there because my car is literally in front of her. I walked into her cubicle and asked what the deal was. She tells me there are no loaner cars available, I say that I have a appointment, she tells me loaner cars are not guaranteed. Well, I have a Lincoln warranty so a car is actually guaranteed. She then tells me that she's already been yelled at 10 times today and if I wanted she could get the manager. I tell her that I'm talking to her and not yelling and why would I need a manager. I also tell her that I've known her for 5 years at the other dealership and I would imagine a courtesy call would've been a nice thing to have informing me to not waste my trip there and rescheduling is needed. She told me they are not obligated to make that call. I ask when I can get in next and she tells me the next week. I make the appointment and I ask her what happens if there are no cars again, she tells me to call first. I say OK and leave. 🙄. Well, unfortunately for me that night, the panoramic sunroof that Hines Park Lincoln replaced because it literally exploded on me out of the blue while driving, was now leaking like a drain spout. I had to cover my car with a tarp that night. Woke up the next morning and went to work hoping the rain was going to hold off. I call the manager Brandon first thing, tell him about my experience the prior day and inform him of my now urgent issue and he sends me a loaner Lincoln to work, as expected, after explaining to me why there might not have been cars the previous day. They take my car and I get a call later in the day going over the issues. I have a 7 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty purchased through Lincoln. They proceed to tell me that the only way they will look at my issues is if I agree to a $125 fee per issue which is asinine. I have the warranty I tell them. They tell me that some of the things may not be covered. Brandon tells me he'll call me back. In that return phone call, Brandon tells me that his boss Bob Sillers confirmed that I would have to pay $125 for each item they have to look at. Fortunately for me, I work in the auto industry and have friends in the industry. I gave my friend the VIN to my car and they looked up a few of the items. They sent me the bulletin that shows, at minimum, two of my issues are for sure covered under my warranty without question. I mention this to Brandon and give him the numbers off the bulletin that is directly related to those two issues. He tells me that they are not convered and he asks me how I got this information. I told him that fortunately for me, I have friends that look out for me so I don't get screwed in this exact scenario. Brandons attitude took a nosedive after I called him out on his lie. Brandon tells me they will only cover the moonroof because they are the ones that performed the work but would not touch the other issues I had. He then asks me "what do you want, Everything for free?". I tell him that I have a warranty that I paid extra for so, yes, I don't expect any out of pocket charges. They fix the moonroof(2nd time they've had to fix it since they replaced it by the way) and it was ready for pick up. I asked him what about the other stuff. He tells me they didn't touch it cause I didn't agree to paying $125 per item even after I did his leg work to show him it was covered. I called his boss Bob Sillers the day I'm supposed to get my car hoping to get a level headed person that understands the issue but once again I was disappointed in Bob's attitude and he said they won't be touching the other items unless I agree to the charges. I told Bob what I told Brandon about it being covered and he told me it wasn't covered. Ok, I'll come get my car. I go to the so called Lincoln dealership to pick up my car, I walk into Rebecca office and she seems like she wants to escape. She immediately leaves her office to tell a guy standing at a desk that I'm here to pick up my car. I walk over to introduce myself and thinking it was Brandon but his name was Dave. I said was looking for Brandon, who just happens to be sitting at the desk and doesn't say a word to me until I introduce myself to him. After I say hello he finally acknowledges me and I tell him it's unfortunate that this was happening and that I've called the regional office to let them know. He seemed unconcerned. I then went to the cashier who was a ray of sunshine and got my keys. I get in my car to leave, pull out and notice boot marks on my leather seat. I obviously take a picture and swing back around into the service bay again. I see Rebecca, she immediately bolts out of her office out of sight. I then walk to Brandon who is still talking to Dave and I sit there for a good 30 seconds before they even acknowledge me literally standing right next to them. Finally Brandon says, what's up. I ask him if it's normal to have boot marks on my leather seat. He said no, it should have been wiped off.(Shouldn't the seats be covered with plastic anyway?) he walks out and grabs a towel and wipes my seat off. I tell him this is the worst dealership I've ever been to. I got in and left. Long story short, they obviously care more about money than the customer. I would do your research if they want to charge you for something. It's obviously been proven that they try to charge you for warranty items that are covered even when you show them proof but still try to charge you. I heard there are two sides to every story, their side, my side and the truth. Good thing for me the truth is on my side. The end. More

My car had recently been hit and there was damage to both the rear driver side wheel and my rear bumper right next to the same wheel. When I got my car back the damaged wheel was in the same place. They called the service guy out and he was adamant he rotated the tires but I was 100% sure he didn't and showed him and the service rep the damage to the wheel and bumper where I had recently been hit. They took the vehicle back and rotated the tires but didn't even apologize. More

My wallet came up missing after my visit to Hines Park. Of course I cannot prove any worker took it but I am convinced they did. They will not look at tapes until almost 3 days later, which is very disappointing. So keep all you valuables out of you car. PS I told service rep I left my wallet in car on passenger floor when they were pulling away for service. His responce was "Do not worry we have cameras". Their delay viewing tapes hurts any real chance of finding out where my wallet is. More

The did not ro Took my 2018 Nav in for the 7500 mile service and they said they rotated the tires along with the oil change and standard inspection. The did not rotate the tires because my drivers side rear wheel was marked and is still in same location when they returned it. The work order said they were rotated. Very disappointed with the untruthful service. I am leery about ever taken it back because I can't trust them What a shame, because my buying experience was fine. Never had this problem at my last Lincoln dealership. More

The repair was made with no issues, she was given a loaner car (even more luxurious than the one she purchased) and the technician noticed she had a tire in her trunk with a bent rim (pothole. Ugh.) and reminded her that she had paid extra for tire insurance and took the initiative to replace that rim !! She is very happy with the service and courteous treatment she received and so am I !! I recommend this dealership for sales and service. Job well-done : ) More
