Continuing from my June 9th visit regarding my driver’s seat issue, I had to get in contact with Mazda USA and involve them in this matter. At the time (before the dealership changed hands), the warranty a seat issue, I had to get in contact with Mazda USA and involve them in this matter. At the time (before the dealership changed hands), the warranty administrator deemed that the seat turning white was due to normal wear and tear (only if the stitching was coming apart would it have been possibly covered). Upon speaking with a Mazda USA representative, and explaining the situation, even she said it seemed like a defect in the material. On the bright side, she helped me with a $600 e-card to go towards the repairs. Riley Morgan was involved as well since he has been my service writer. I was fair warned anything above that amount I had to pay out of pocket, which I was fine with. The e-card only covered most of the seat material cost, since now the dealership is an official Morgan authorized dealership I was able to put the remaining balance on my Morgan credit card I already had. Despite not being able to reduce the cost of materials, Riley was able to help me with the labor end of it (he knew I greatly appreciated it). Upon completion and wanting to pay the remainder I owed, Riley was still new (as was everyone else with the new system) trying to figure out how to use my Morgan card (apparently I was everyone’s guinea pig). After calling the card’s customer support, they were a big help. Yet, it was Casey who was able to get the ball rolling for me to use my card (Riley wasn’t there at the time when this was being shown how to do). Casey had the feature on his computer to do this. He took the time to show Riley how to do it, getting my information entered and within a few minutes it was done. THANK YOU SO MUCH CASEY FOR TAKING THE TIME TO DO THAT, it really is/was extremely helpful and greatly appreciated!!!! Once I was cashed out, Riley walked me out to my car and explained that the material had to conform to the seat and would take a few days to do so. If for any reason it didn’t, to let him know and we’d go from there regarding the next step. All in all, as always I’m extremely happy with how things turned out getting this done. Not only did Riley help out tremendously, but so did Casey as well. More
It was easy to make an appointment and the job they did doing the oil change was great. I do not totally agree with the recommendations. They recommend to change the air filter and cabin filter. My car was running perfectly when I took it in May 1, 2025, for routine maintenance -- It was due for spark plugs. (First they charged $300 labor to screw out four spark plugs and screw in new ones.) When I got it back engine was skipping a beat. Returned car. They gave me a loaner. They finally diagnosed problem as clogged cat converter. On June 20. A month and a half later. Suddenly my radiator is also leaking like a sieve. It was not leaking a bit when I brought it in. More

At my early morning service appointment, I was elated that Riley was able to connect me with Cadence. Cadence took the time to understand my negotiable, non-negotiables and options I had not yet decided on. When I unexpectedly returned later that day with my daughter, since she was working with other customers, she graciously connected us with her Hodges teammates (Carmine and Aydin) who continued our journey and ultimately lead us to choosing the right (dream) vehicle for my daughter. Hodges Mazda operates as a tight knit team, and I've had an opulent service experience from the moment I stepped into their showroom in 2021 and again in 2025! More
Salesman, Christian, was very professional, courteous, attentive and made the buying experience a pleasant one. Yesterday, in the Service Department, a month or so, after sale, Cameron, was very friendly, energetic, understood my needs, was transparent, patient and had a couple important parts fixed under vehicle warranty. He made sure the entire vehicle was inspected for any possible issues, and offered to have my oil changed. I left the dealership very impressed with his integrity. He is very sharp in communication, knowing customer's expectations and went above and beyond in all aspects and I strongly believe he will help Hodges retain customers. Cameron exemplies all the good in customer service and that is a difficult quality to find in today's world. Outstanding ! More
